"And they were calling to one another:'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of His glory." Isaiah 6:3
Holy - spiritually perfect or pure; untainted by evil or sin; sinless; saintly.
The one attribute of God that is repeated 3 times in succession in the Bible is holy. We are also called holy. Since we are now new creations in Christ we have been washed in the blood of Christ. Therefore, we are now untainted by sin, pure, and regarded as saints in the kingdom of God. Even though we are holy and God calls us holy, we will NEVER reach the holiness that God possesses. We may be holy but we will forever be saying "holy, holy, holy" at the foot of His throne. He will give us our treasures that we've been storing up here on earth in heaven, but we will throw them back at the foot of his throne and repeat "holy" forever and ever and ever! Praise God that we are now holy and new creations because of His Son! But praise Him even more that He alone is holy, holy, holy and we will never be able to say it enough to give His name justice! Praise Him today. Praise Him tomorrow. Praise Him for eternity. You'll find that when you do, it's easier to keep moving forward...

Brand Spankin' New
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Corinthians 5:17
As human beings, we like to dwell on things in the past. We are professionals at reliving past failures. When we relive our past, we start a downward spiral into our own manmade guilt trip. It's not a fun ride. If we have accepted Jesus Christ into our hearts, then we are a NEW creation. The old has GONE. It's done with. It doesn't matter anymore. We don't need to worry about it. When Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, along with that He took away the guilt for our sins! Jesus hung there on the cross and said, "It's finished." He really meant it! Since the old has gone and the new has COME, we no longer have to worry about the past. Whenever we feel guilty about past failures, that is Satan's feeble attempt to bring us down and make us question whether or not Jesus really did take it all away. He did, no worries. Don't give Satan the pleasure of bringing you down through guilt from past regrets. Always keep in the back of your mind that Satan has been defeated. Your guilt should be no more. So, let's stop taking steps backward into the past. One day we will stand face to face with the one who took all guilt and regret away. So, keep moving forward...

Moving Forward
I created this blog because I love to write and I feel like I have a lot to say. God has done so much in my life and taught me so much that I feel like it would be a shame not to tell others what He has taught me. My intention for this blog is to shine a light on God. He alone deserves all honor, glory, and praise. There is NO ONE like our God. Each and every day He gives us everything we need. He gives us the strength to go about our days and He will NEVER give us more than we can handle. Because of Him we are alive. He doesn't need our help but for some odd reason out of His undying love for us, He uses us as His vessels to spread His love. That's why He gives us strength. It's not for us, it's for His name. Our lives should be about making His name known instead of our own. By no means am I perfect. I struggle with this every day. I forget how big our God is and how small and seemingly insignificant I am. This life is a journey. It's chalked full of highs and lows and many hard learned lessons along the way. Thank God He is the one and only constant in our lives. No matter what each day brings and no matter how hard life may seem, He keeps us moving forward. The crazy thing is, it's not for our benefit but His. I hope you join me on my journey. I hope that you allow yourself to be moved from above. Join me in making in His name know.
"So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ. That's why I work and struggle so hard, depending on Christ's mighty power that works within me." Colossians 1:28-29 NLT
